Clients who are not present at the agreed pickup location within 20 minutes of the scheduled time and have not contacted us will be considered a no-show. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
We allow changes to your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to request changes.
In the rare event we need to cancel your service due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, road closures, or mechanical issues), we will notify you immediately and offer:
