Cancellation and Refund Policy – Serturesa Shuttle Services

We understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring fairness to our drivers and operations team. Please review our cancellation and refund terms below:

1. Cancellations by the Client

  • More than 48 hours before scheduled pickup: Full refund minus any applicable transaction fees.

  • Between 24 and 48 hours before scheduled pickup: 50% refund.

  • Less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup or no-show: No refund.

2. No-Shows

Clients who are not present at the agreed pickup location within 20 minutes of the scheduled time and have not contacted us will be considered a no-show. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

3. Changes to Your Booking

We allow changes to your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to request changes.

4. Delays or Cancellations by Us

In the rare event we need to cancel your service due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, road closures, or mechanical issues), we will notify you immediately and offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • An alternative transfer arrangement at no extra cost, subject to availability.

5. Refund Process

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Transaction fees charged by banks or payment processors are non-refundable.
