Terms and Conditions – Serturesa Private Shuttle Service, Guatemala

By booking and using our private shuttle services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and No-Show Policy

  • All reservations must be confirmed in advance with accurate passenger details.

  • Passengers are expected to be ready at the scheduled pickup time and location.

  • A grace period of 15 minutes will be allowed for delays. After this period, the driver may leave, and the booking will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

  • Changes to your reservation must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

2. Luggage Policy

  • Each passenger is allowed up to two checked bags and one personal item/handbag, in line with standard international airline policies.

  • Oversized or excessive luggage may incur additional charges or require special arrangements.

  • Passengers are responsible for their belongings. The company is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of luggage or contents during transit.

3. Prohibited Items

  • The transport of hazardous materials, flammable substances, illegal drugs, or illicit goods is strictly prohibited.

  • Passengers may not transport weapons, explosives, chemicals, or any item considered dangerous under airline or national transportation laws.

  • Violating this policy will result in immediate termination of service and may involve legal action.

4. Passenger Conduct

  • Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Aggressive, inappropriate, or illegal conduct will not be tolerated.

  • Smoking, consuming illegal substances, or excessive alcohol consumption inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

  • The company reserves the right to refuse service or remove passengers who jeopardize the safety or comfort of others.

5. Vehicle and Driver Protection

  • Passengers must respect the vehicle and its equipment. Damages caused by negligence or misconduct will be charged to the responsible party.

  • Our drivers operate under local transportation laws and reserve the right to make decisions in the interest of safety and service integrity.

6. Liability and Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, road closures, accidents, or natural disasters).

  • The company’s liability is limited to the cost of the shuttle service booked.
